"Sajnaya set free
Satyaki was about to chop the head of Sanjaya as ordered by Dhrishtadyumna when Veda Vyasa appeared on the scene. On the advice of the great saint the Pandavas set the Kaurava minister free.
Sanjaya met Duryodhana on the way. He reported his story to the Kaurava prince, concluding, “we are left with three chariots, nothing more”. Duryodhana replied. “I do not find anyone other than you on our side. Tell the king that I am going to spend time in a pool of water”.
When Sanjaya left Duryodhana entered into the pool. He knew the secret of remaining under water as long as he wanted.
Sanjaya encountered the three veterans left on the Kaurava side, Aswatthama, Kritavarma and Kripa. They were desperately looking for Duryodhana all through the battle field littered with the body of thousands of men and animals. They exclaimed. “Luckily, you are alive. Do you know, if Duryodhana is dead or living?” Sanjaya pointed in the direction of the pool to which the Kaurava prince had gone.
The three Kaurava warriors lamented about the pitiable condition of their prince and carried Sanjaya in their chariot of Kripa along with them to the camp."
Line up!
И учителя пения нанял. Того самого, который Стиви Уондера учил. Пошел, так сказать, по стопам. Надеюсь, что далеко.
читать дальшеHey Everyone,
I’m so sorry it’s been so long since you’ve heard from me. I hope you all had a killer, and safe, Halloween. I had a lot of fun hanging with my homies on the northwest side yo. It was a weird day because I was in New Zealand on Halloween until 4:30 p.m., then I got on an 11-hour flight to head back home and I landed in Seattle on Halloween at 5:30 p.m. (time zones). When I landed I went home and saw my 3-year-old brother. We dressed him up in the Halloween costume that my mom made for me when I was 3, so that was really trippy to see him cause he looks a lot like I did. Now I'm just catching up with friends and family before I move to L.A. in December. Shyamali and I worked on a couple songs in New Zealand so I'm looking forward to meeting with some producers and continuing this amazing journey.
By the way, New Zealand was absolutely beautiful. There were more sheep than people. We were there for about two and a half weeks. The first week we stayed in Christchurch, which is on the south island. We spent that week doing all kinds of cool kind of touristy things. We went tandem skydiving (attached to a licensed professional). That was absolutely incredible. When you jump out of the plane, all the air rushing and all the noise makes it really intense and gets your adrenaline pumping. Then, as soon as the instructor opens the parachute, there’s no jolt, everything just becomes completely serene and quiet. It really was amazing.
The next day we drove up into the mountains to a place near Charleston, where they have the largest glow worm display in the world. You hike up through a rain forest, with inner tubes, into a mountain. Then you go through the mountain until you get to an underground river (the Nile River … seriously). There, you get into your tube and float through a long, pitch-black cave. You’re floating on your back, so when you look up, the ceiling is covered in glowworms. It looked like the Milky Way or something. Then, once your life is changed by seeing the entire galaxy on the roof of a cave, you inner tube down the Nile River. That was an awesome experience. We went to a couple wildlife parks, went to my first rugby game, and did a bunch of other things to fill up that week.
Then we drove to a smaller harbor town on the eastern coast. This was a French settled harbor called Akaroa. There we settled down in a small cabin up in the mountains a little, with a beautiful view of the harbor, and worked on music. However we couldn’t stay in this beautiful place and not take advantage of what it had to offer. So we did two separate boat tours of the harbor. The first tour brought us out to find a pod of the smallest dolphin in the world, so that we could swim with them. We found a pod and there was about six or seven dolphins. They came pretty close so that was pretty cool, except that it was freezing cold. We later went on another tour of the harbor where they brought us to see all the animals that live there. We saw lots of different birds and a couple of seals. Then someone spotted one of the dolphins, it had come up to ride the bow waves. I pulled out my camera and started taking pictures. Then, before I knew it, we were surrounded by fifteen or twenty of these playful, friendly, curious, creatures. The entire trip was amazing.
I have been working with a vocal coach in Seattle who has worked with Stevie Wonder as his coach and has been his friend for a long time. I am doing a guest appearance in the Intiman Theater production of Black Nativity. Paster Pat Wright of The Total Experience Gospel Choir is involved in the musical directing. She has had three people in her choir make it into the top 24 and beyond on AI. You may remember Leah LaBelle, top 12, season three. We will all be singing as guests in a special show honoring choir alumni who have been on AI. Then I’m moving to L.A. and I’m excited to continue pursuing every avenue of this crazy dream I had. We are lining up songwriters, producers and other essential professionals to keep me heading in the right direction and focused on my goal.
I just want to reiterate that I really appreciate all the support that you have all given me over the past year. I feel like it’s important that you all know that you don’t go unnoticed. Although I may not come here as often as I should, I do still think about you all and I’m working on getting some things together (That surprise will be ready early next year, but you will know as soon as all the details are worked out and in stone). I can’t wait to be able to see you guys again. Have a great day and a wonderful Thanksgiving.
